Macklemore actually speaking out and joined the protest. Respect
I know everybody gives this guy shit for being the one the media goes to as their white knight figure but if you actually look into it this guy realizes the injustice of the system and wrote a song about white privilege that nobody ever talks about because it would mean having to admit that the only reason macklemore is popular is because of the reasons he lists in that song
so while he’s not at liberty to speak on gay rights and whatnot he does actually seem to know what’s up
