Tiny Leaders will not be changing the ruleset to the new EDH rules in regards to “tuck” effects. We do not feel it is gamebreaking enough to fix, so we have decided against it. The points that they bring up in their rules change make sense for Commander, but they wouldn’t make any positive difference in Tiny Leaders. Tucking serves an important purpose in Tiny Leaders - to ensure that people build their decks to be resilient enough to work without their Leader, as Tutor effects are not so common in Tiny Leaders as they are in Commander.
